Are You Playing Offense or Defense?

Many times distributors get started and build a nice organization by recruiting new business partners and generating new customers.  Some people continue to grow - they keep building and recruiting because they believe in what they have.  Others, start playing defense.  Instead of continuing to recruit and retail, they try to manage their team.  They try to hold onto what they have rather than grow it.

I am a big believer that in this business you are either playing offense or defense.  The only way to be truly successful  is to play offense.  Offense is growing your business.  Offense is taking control of your own future.  Offense is working with your people and helping them earn more.  If you believe that you can help people - wouldn't it make sense to continue to share it with new people.  Every time that you partner with a new person - you help the rest of the team.

I believe from the bottom of my heart that if I decide to partner with someone that I am giving them a great chance to be successful and possibly change their life.  Why wouldn't I share it?

Are you playing offense or defense?

P.S.  Offense is a lot more fun :)
